Students who have been admitted to the Korean Language Program can apply feither a General Short-term Visa (C-3) a General Student Visa (D-4). Students who have been admitted to the Undergraduate Graduate Programs should apply fa Student Visa (D-2).

Available Visa Types
- General Short-term (C-3) Visa
This visa is generally called a tourist visa. It can be issued upon application at either a Korean Embassy Consulate. This visa is good f90 days and the Status of Stay may be changed into General Student (D-4) Visa if the student wants to extend the period of study longer than 90 days.
This visa is usually good f6 months at a time and can be renewed within Korea. This visa takes approximately 1 month to process upon application at either a Korean Embassy Consulate office. The Certificate of Admission issued by Daegu University is required at the time of application. There may be additional documents procedures required fyour application depending on your nationality. - General Student (D-4) Visa

Foreigners intending to stay fmore than 90 days in Korea must apply fforeign registration at the Immigration Office Branch Office under relevant jurisdictions before the required due date.

Foreigners seeking to carry out activities beyond the limits of their current visa status without changing their status of stay must receive permission to do so prito actually engaging in said activity.
[Application Eligibility]
- Students who are currently enrolled at Daegu University with a Student Visa (D-2) and who have completed at least one semester of study.
- Students who are currently enrolled at Daegu University?s Korean Language Program with a General Student Visa
(D-4) and who have completed at least six months of study months and who have been recommended by the Direct of Korean Language Program. - Re-entry Permit
Registered foreigners who want to depart and re-enter Korea within the permitted period of stay must apply fa re-entry permit at the local Immigration Office the airport immigration offices on the departure date.
