The Department of Business Administration opened the masters program on November 3rd of 1980 and the doctoral program on November 30th of 1988. The faculty is made up of 14 professors.

Academic Object

- Training management professionals who are able to apply new management theories
- Training management professionals with an understanding of effective management techniques gained through case studies from successful corporations
- Training management professionals who will be able to develop and apply new management theories as leaders of Korean companies in the era of globalization
