- 2000 : The Department of Urban Development and the Department of Autonomous Administration merged and renamed the Department of Urbanism its consist of four majors: urban administration, community development and welfare, urban and regional planning, and real estate studies.

- 2018 : Real estate studies have been changed to real estate consulting, and it is operated with three majors: urban administration, community development and welfare, and urban and regional planning.

- 2022 : It is operated with two majors: community development and welfare, and urban and regional planning.

B. Educational goals

Community development & Welfare : Our major aims to nurture competent professionals and research capabilities in the fields of lifelong education and social welfare.

Urban and Regional Planning : Urban and Regional Planning studies and addresses urban and local spatial structures and the socioeconomic changes caused by various urban and regional problems in order to plan and derive appropriate policy solutions or programs.
