The Department of Animal Science opened in 1998 with the aim of solving some problems of animal reproduction in Gyeongbuk Province. The department consists of four majors: Animal Nutrition, Animal Reproduction, Livestock Product Processing and Grassland Science. This department pursues techniques to improve livestock reproduction.
